The Huskies beat the 7th ranked Oregon State Beavers last night at CenturyLink Field.  The game came down to the 4th quarter with both teams competing until the end.  The Dawgs, while happy with the result, get right back to work as they head to Berkeley this week to take on the Cal Bears.

“It was great to get the win,” said Coach Sark.  “We’ve got to get back to work though with a Friday game.”  Players and coaches are already in the process of meetings as they get rolling with this week’s game plan.  Following the meetings, the players will go through conditioning.

We also want to take the time to wish former Husky and two-time Cy Young Award Winner, Tim Lincecum, the best tonight as he and the San Francisco Giants compete for a World Series title.
